• $11 admission and $4 skates for all sessions except Friday and Saturday nights.

• Skate aids rented on site on a first come / first served rental basis: $10 / 30 minutes

  • From garages to street parking, there are several parking options throughout downtown Indianapolis within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Virginia Avenue Parking Garage located on the northeast corner of the building offers the closest covered parking option. The garage is connected to the Fieldhouse via covered sky bridge on the third floor. The entrance to the Virginia Avenue Garage is located off Maryland Street.

    • Denison manages a number of parking facilities in the downtown area, and can share information that will make your experience an enjoyable one. For specific information related to bus parking near the Fieldhouse, contact Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760.

  • You may also purchase individual parking passes in advance at select locations via ParkWhiz.

How do I purchase tickets for ice skating?

• Guests can reserve ice skating tickets in advance here.

Do you have restrooms available?

• Yes. Restrooms are available on-site. 

Can I still visit the site, even if I don’t want to skate?

• Absolutely! Whether or not you're into ice skating, you're welcome to explore the Sphere, admire the Legends Mural, grab a drink, and enjoy the company of friends while observing the ice-skating action.

Can I bring outside food and beverages to the site?

• Certainly! Feel free to bring your own food. However, please note that alcohol is not allowed, as we offer a selection of alcoholic beverages for purchase at our concessions.

Are wheelchairs allowed on the ice rink?

• We provide 2 mobility sleds specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, ensuring everyone can experience the joy of the ice rink."

Is Elevance Health Rink open in inclement weather?

• Our team monitors the weather and posts updates on social media and www.gainbridgefieldhouse.com/bicentennialunityplaza in the event of inclement weather.

What are the age restrictions for skating?

• 24 months and younger admitted free. Anyone on the ice has to be wearing skates. But no minimum age to skate. We have skate aides for rent and 2 mobility sleds for the disabled.

Can I purchase tickets on-site?

• We strongly encourage visitors to reserve ice skating tickets in advance. Tickets are expected to sell out in advance and there is no guarantee tickets will be available once you arrive at the rink. However, if tickets are available when guests arrive on-site, they may be purchased at the box office.

Do you have lockers on-site?

• There are no lockers on site, so please travel light and limit your belongings to one moderate size bag per person.

Can I rent skates on-site?

• Yes. Ice skates are available to rent on-site for $4.

Can I bring my own skates?

• Yes. Guests may bring their own skates; they are still required to pay the price of skate admission.

Is group ice skating available? 

• We do not offer group sale discounts. If you're interested in renting out the rink for a private event, (available Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday), please email kcase@pacers.com.

What are the food and beverage options?

• We have two concessions stands on-site that will offer hot dogs, pretzels, snacks as well as coffee and hot chocolate. Additionally, we will have food trucks offering a variety of food options on select days.

Are dogs allowed on-site?

• Dogs are not allowed on-site. ​However, service animals are welcome.
