If you found an item: Please turn in the item to the nearest Guest Services desk located on Main Concourse at Section 2, Krieg DeVault Level at Section 119, and Balcony Level across from Sections 206 / 207.
If you lost an item:
Gainbridge Fieldhouse has partnered with Boomerang to help reunite guests with their lost items. By clicking the button below, guests will be directed to the Boomerang page to report a lost item
If we have a match and reach out to you confirming the match, you may stop by the Guest Service desk in the entry pavilion of Gainbridge Fieldhouse at 125 S. Pennsylvania St. during our pickup hours: Monday - Friday 9am-4pm to collect your item. Please make sure you have your claim number when you arrive to pick-up your item.
If you are attending another event, you can also choose to come to Guest Services by section 2 on the main concourse claim your item during the event. Please note our policy is to keep found items for 14 days before donating or destroying personal items for privacy reasons.
