AED Locations

Each level of the arena is equipped with an automated external defibrillator (AED), which can save lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.

Age Requirements

While Gainbridge Fieldhouse does not impose age restrictions on any event, parents may choose to screen the acts to determine if they are age-appropriate. For Pacers and Fever games, once the child reaches 24 months old a ticket will be necessary for admission. There are events where the promoter requires that all guests, regardless of age, have a ticket to enter the event. For information specific to your event, please contact the Gainbridge Fieldhouse Box Office at (317) 917-2727.

Alcohol Policies

The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) governs the sale and use of alcoholic beverages in Gainbridge Fieldhouse. To maintain compliance and for the safety of our guests, Pacers Sports & Entertainment asks that you observe the following:

  • By law, minors (under the age of 21) are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • The number of alcoholic beverages served is limited to two (2) drinks per guest, per purchase, per valid ID.
  • Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Levy Restaurants reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons under the age of 21, to those who appear to be intoxicated or those who are disturbing other guests.
  • Acceptable forms of valid United States identification are: Driver’s License, Passport, United States Passport Card, State Issued ID card with photo, and Military ID with photo.
  • Bringing alcoholic beverages into Gainbridge Fieldhouse is illegal.
  • Alcoholic beverages taken from suites or any restaurant within Gainbridge Fieldhouse must be poured into plastic cups.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse must be consumed inside the building.
  • Gainbridge Fieldhouse reserves the right to deny entry to guests who appear to be impaired.

The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages will cease at specific times during events, at times related to the game clock or the duration of the event for all general concession areas, in-seat service areas, and portable bars in accordance with the following:

  • Basketball: Beginning of the 4th Quarter
  • Concerts and other Events: One-hour prior to the end of the performance/event unless otherwise noted

Alcohol service can also be discontinued at the discretion of management.

Alcoholic beverages may not be available at all Gainbridge Fieldhouse events (Suites may or may not be affected). To determine the alcohol policy for a specific event in advance, call (317) 917-2500.

Autographs

When public autograph sessions are scheduled for players or other celebrities, it will be announced in advance through the media and guidelines will be given at that time. During all autograph opportunities, please obey the direction of the building staff and security. Fans will have an opportunity to seek autographs prior to Pacers games, please see a staff member for additional details.

 

Special requests from nonprofit organizations must be made in writing on the nonprofit organization’s original letterhead and submitted to the respective Community Relations Department at least six weeks prior to the date needed. Please include the specific details of your request. Requests may be submitted online (see links below) or mailed to:

Baby Care

Baby Bags/Bottles/Formula: Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag at the Hyatt House across the street.

 

Boomers Buddies: This free service is for the benefit of both children and guests with disabilities. Boomer’s Buddies is a service that provides an identification bracelet to write parent’s/responsible party’s seat location and cell phone number, in case the child or guest gets separated from their party. To register, please visit Guest Services on any level of Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

 

Changing Tables: Changing Tables are in the handicap accessible stalls of both women’s and men’s restrooms on all levels. Tables are also available in the gender-neutral restrooms near suites and the gender-neutral restrooms near Suite 1 on the KeyBank Suite Level.  

 

Gender-Neutral Restrooms: For your convenience, gender-neutral restrooms are available on all levels of the building.

Mothers Room: Our Mothers Room is open for all events and is located on the Main Concourse at Section 2 and at Section 119 on the Krieg DeVault level by the Guest Services desk.

 

Strollers: Collapsible stroller units may be stored beneath your assigned seat(s). For assistance with other units, please contact Guest Services or the Usher in your seating area.

 

Lost Child: A procedure is in place to assist you in finding your lost child. A lost guest should be escorted to the nearest Usher, Security Guard, Guest Services representative, or other staff member. If a guest is lost or separated from their group, please notify the nearest employee for further assistance. Guests are encouraged to use the Boomer’s Buddies identification bracelets. Please visit the nearest Guest Services desk for assistance. See Boomer’s Buddies.

Banquet/Celebration Facilities

Bags/Backpacks/Luggage

Security policies and staff are in place to ensure a safe facility and event for all guests, employees, and participants. All guests entering the Gainbridge Fieldhouse are subject to a security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Gainbridge Fieldhouse personnel. Security screenings are designed to detect prohibited items from entering the venue.

Backpacks (with the exception of single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements, or media backpacks that are screened at the media entrance), hard-sided bags and any bag larger than 6"x9”x1.5” will not be allowed. Discretion is allowed for purses and diaper bags that, while having the appearance of backpacks, generally are sized differently, and have a different purpose. These are allowed on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval. All guests entering the Fieldhouse are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Gainbridge Fieldhouse personnel.

Weapons of any type, including (but not limited to) guns, chains, spikes, selfie sticks, sharp objects, pocket knives, mace/pepper spray or any other item deemed by management as a safety or security concern, will not be permitted inside the building. See Prohibited Items.

Bicycle Parking

The City of Indianapolis has placed bike racks under the Virginia Avenue Garage on the corner near Maryland Street. Some area parking meters are also equipped to secure your bike.

Boomer's Buddies

This free service is for the benefit of both children and guests with disabilities. Boomer’s Buddies is a service that provides an identification bracelet to write parent’s/responsible party’s seat location and cell phone number, in case the child or guest gets separated from their party. Box Office

The Box Office is in the Gainbridge Fieldhouse Ascension St. Vincent Entry Pavilion. Purchasing tickets at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse Box Office is the most direct and secure way of obtaining your seat to watch concerts, games, and other events in one of the nation’s top arenas. The Box Office accepts all major credit cards.

    • The Box Office will be closed on Monday, January 16 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
    • Box Office hours are typically Monday-Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours of operation may vary on weekends or days of an event. For exact hours on those days, please call (317) 917-2727.

Buses

IndyGo bus services are available for transportation to and from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The bus schedule will vary with each route. Contact IndyGo for scheduled information, including Open Door service for guests with disabilities, at (317) 635-3344 or IndyGo.net.

Camera/Video Equipment

Camera policies vary with each event. For specific information pertaining to your event, call (317) 917-2500.

For Pacers and Fever Basketball Games, as well as all other NBA/WNBA events:

  • NBA policy strictly prohibits the use of still photos or video footage for commercial purposes without the express written approval of the NBA.

Non-professional still cameras (digital or film) are allowed at Pacers and Fevers basketball games in Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Non-professional lenses are generally defined as lenses less than 6″ in length and are black in color, or with an electronic or manual lens that extends two inches (2”) or less. Professional cameras (generally defined as a camera with a detachable lens longer than 6″, or large lenses that are dark grey in color, or with an electronic or manual lens that extends more than two inches (2”) are PROHIBITED.

  • iPads are allowed at Pacers and Fever Games, as long as they do not obstruct another guest’s view of the playing surface.
  • Video cameras, and recording video with other devices, is prohibited. We reserve the right to disallow cameras that, in the opinion of management, may be used to produce professionally marketed images.
  • Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazard are not permitted.
  • Standing or positioning oneself in order to take pictures in a manner that obstructs the view or enjoyment of the event by others is not permitted. Selfie sticks are not allowed in the building.

For all other events:

The above policy represents the general camera/video policy for events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Because each show dictates its own camera policies, this may be further restricted or may be less stringent. As a general rule cameras with any detachable lens, or with an electronic or manual lens that extends more than one inch (1”) are prohibited for concerts and non-NBA/WNBA events.

  • Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazard are not permitted.
  • Standing or positioning oneself in order to take pictures in a manner that obstructs the view or enjoyment of the event by others is not permitted. Selfie sticks are not allowed in the building.
  • Gainbridge Fieldhouse management will enforce these policies as specified. We reserve the right to disallow cameras that, in the opinion of management, may be used to produce professionally marketed images or that violate event rules. Guests may call (317) 917-2500 for specific requirements or restrictions.

Child Admissions

Children’s ticket policies vary by event. For Pacers and Fever games, once the child reaches 24 months old a ticket will be necessary for admission. There are events where the promoter requires that all guests, regardless of age, have a ticket to enter the event. Requirements for other events held at Gainbridge Fieldhouse may vary. However, for every event a child will require a ticket in order for them to have their own seat. While attending an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, guests are invited to share compliments, complaints, and concerns at the nearest Guest Services desk or online here.

Designated Driver Program

At the event, guests can sign-up online as a designated driver, and Pacers Sports & Entertainment will treat you to a free non-alcoholic beverage. Guests can access the form by going to the Arena tab in the Pacers App and selecting Designated Driver at the top of the page.

Disturbances

All Guests must maintain reasonable, safe, and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct will be subject to ejection without refund and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Disturbances and dangerous conduct include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Attempting to enter the field of play, court, state, or backstage areas without permission
  • Drunk and disorderly conduct
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight
  • Igniting and displays of flames
  • Interference with or delay of the game/event
  • “Mooning” or exposing private body parts
  • Placing children on shoulders
  • Standing on chairs
  • Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, or performers
  • Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or objects
  • Using profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
  • Violation of Gainbridge Fieldhouse event policies
  • Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statues
  • Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise

Donation Requests

The Pacers and Fever Community Engagement Departments make donations to not-for-profit organizations only. Generally, donations are not made to individuals except in the cases of terminally ill children referred by the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund and/or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

 

All requests must be made in writing on the requesting organization’s original letterhead and submitted to the respective Community Engagement Department at least six weeks prior to the date of the event. The supply of available merchandise in comparison to the number of requests received makes it necessary for the Community Engagement Department to make only one donation of one item to any organization within any given season. Every effort is made to fill the specific requests of organizations; however, pending availability, the Community Engagement Department reserves the right to make the final determination on the donated item(s).

Doors Open

Door opening times for Gainbridge Fieldhouse events will vary according to each event. For Pacers and Fever games, doors will open 60 minutes prior to tip off, unless otherwise noted. To verify when doors open for a specific event, please call us at (317) 917-2500.

Drop Off Area

Drivers dropping off guests with limited mobility may stop and drop their guest off at the disability ramps on Pennsylvania Street directly in front of the Fieldhouse. All other drivers must use other drop off points. This is a one-way southbound street. When dropping off guests, please be cautious and pay careful attention to heavy traffic conditions. Vehicles must not be left unattended.

Elevators / Escalators

Elevators are in the northeast area of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Escalators are accessible from the Main Concourse and Balcony Levels on the Delaware Street (East) and Pennsylvania Street (West) sides of the Fieldhouse. There is also an escalator at the pedestrian bridge from the Virginia Avenue Garage to the Ascension St. Vincent Entry Pavilion.

Emergencies / Evacuations

Gainbridge Fieldhouse personnel have been trained in emergency procedures and will assist all guests in the event of an evacuation. In case of an emergency, please calmly follow the building procedures and staff’s instructions.

Entrances

The two main entrances into Gainbridge Fieldhouse are located off Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street. Guests may also enter from pedestrian bridge connecting Gainbridge Fieldhouse to the Virginia Avenue Garage. For select high occupancy events, guests may also enter from Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street at the north stairwells. Signage will be posted when this is available.

Fan Code of Conduct

Gainbridge Fieldhouse is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
  • Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the court/stage/restricted area will be immediately ejected from the venue.
  • Guests will not smoke in the venue. Gainbridge Fieldhouse is a non-smoking venue. See Smoking Policy.
  • Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times. Gainbridge Fieldhouse management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images.
  • Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.

Guests with tickets located close to the playing floor for all basketball events and close to the stage, ice, floor for all other events may be subject to enhanced code of conduct. For further information on this enhanced code of conduct please email GuestServices@Pacers.com.

The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest Usher, Security Guard, Guest Services staff member or anonymously through our texting system. Guests may use the Feedback button found on the Pacers App to report issues to building management anonymously and discreetly without having to leave their seat.

Guests who choose not to adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. Thank you for your cooperation!

Fan Texting Service

Gainbridge Fieldhouse provides guests with an in-game texting service, allowing guests to text issues to building management anonymously and discretely without having to leave their seat. Guests may text 707-TIMEOUT (707-846-3688). Participation in this service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging and data charges may apply.

 

This service should be used for legitimate safety, security, or guest services issues only and abuse will result in the number being blocked from the system for 24 hours.

First Aid Stations

A well-trained team of event workers and first aid staff are in place to assist in an emergency situation during public events. The First Aid Station on the Main Concourse is located near Section 7. Additional First Aid Stations will be staffed during certain events. In addition, Gainbridge Fieldhouse is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED).

If you have a unique situation that may require special assistance, please let us know the details of your visit in advance. Please call Guest Services at (317) 917-2734 with specific information so we may pre-plan and make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.

Game Night Greetings

The Pacers and Fever are offering their fans the unique opportunity to send special greetings to a friend or loved one at all home games this season. Your message may contain up to 50 characters (including spaces and punctuation) and will run at the beginning of halftime on the 360-degree LED boards. All message requests are $50. Once your request is received you will be notified by email to receive a confirmation of your message and game date.

 

All message requests must be received by Noon on the day of the game you are requesting. Requests will be considered in the order they are received and are limited to 20 messages a night. Pacers Sports and Entertainment reserves the right to reject any inappropriate messages and all messages must be in good taste, in conformance with community standards of decency and is subject to approval. Messages shall not include any offensive or foul language, may not refer to any other NBA/WNBA organization and should be of a non-commercial nature.

Lost Guest

If a guest is lost or separated from their group, please notify the nearest employee for further assistance. Guests are encouraged to use the Boomer’s Buddies identification bracelets to assist with locating a lost guest in the event that they are separated from their party while attending an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Lost & Found

Any items found in the building should be turned in to the Guest Services desk. Guests are encouraged to log into the Gainbridge Fieldhouse Lost & Found system to see if a lost item has been found by using this link: gainbridgefieldhouse.com/lost. Once the guest has completed the online form, they will be notified of a possible match and given directions to claim it. Unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity after a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 30 days. Mascots

Boomer is the official mascot of the Indiana Pacers, while Freddy Fever leads the cheers as the official mascot of the Indiana Fever.

Meeting Space

Mobile Ticketing Policy

You’ll enter your Gainbridge Fieldhouse event using a Mobile Ticket. Mobile ticketing is the safest and most convenient way to access your event. With this ticket delivery method, your mobile ticket will be displayed on your phone to get into the event, and tickets will not be emailed or available to print.

Did you purchase tickets for a group or planning to arrive separately? You can transfer tickets in advance to friends and family using the Ticketmaster App. This will help everyone to easily scan in at the entry gate, explore the venue, and quickly get to their seats.

To expedite entry, we recommend adding your tickets to your phone’s wallet before heading to your event.

Once your recipient accepts the tickets, they will no longer be valid for use from your account. When you have more than one ticket to transfer, just repeat the steps above.

To make your event a memorable one, we have a few tips to expedite entry…

  • Add your ticket(s) to your phone’s wallet in advance to avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi signals at the venue.
  • Now’s the time to transfer any tickets you’re holding for friends and family. This will help everyone to easily scan in at the entry gate, explore the venue, and quickly get to their seats.
  • Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head out for the night.

Pacers Foundation, Inc., the public charity founded by Pacers Sports & Entertainment, is dedicated to improving the lives of Indiana’s young people by building individual and corporate partnerships that will provide assistance for projects that benefit Indiana’s youth. Parent Waiting Areas

At select events, there may be a designated area for those bringing children but not attending the event. To determine availability and location information in advance, please call (317) 917-2500.

Parking

There are multiple parking options throughout the downtown area that are within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Virginia Avenue Garage on the northeast corner of the building connects to the Fieldhouse from the third floor of the garage. The entrance to the Virginia Avenue Garage is located off of Maryland Street. Denison manages a number of parking facilities in the downtown areas and can share information that will make your experience an enjoyable one. For specific information related to bus parking near the Fieldhouse, contact Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760. You may also purchase individual parking passes in advance at select locations via ParkWhiz.

There are four EZ Charger Rental Stations at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Each station is conveniently located near the Guest Services Desk on the following levels.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light. For your safety guests are subject to visual inspection (including the use of metal detecting magnetometers) of person, parcels, bags, containers and/or clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. Guests may refuse inspections; however, management reserves the right to refuse entry.

For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
  • Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
  • Backpacks
  • Bags larger than 6"x9"x1.5”
  • Beach balls or any projectiles or missiles
  • Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
  • Clothing that displays obscene/offensive language and/or pictures (as determined by Gainbridge Fieldhouse management)
  • Drones
  • Fireworks
  • Hard-sided bags
  • Laser pens/pointers of any type
  • Military or Tactical style clothing/gear (Active Duty Military uniforms are allowed)
  • Noisemakers such as air horns
  • Objects that obstruct another guest’s view of the playing/performance surface
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Pepper spray/Mace
  • Poles or sticks
  • Signs, flags, banners larger 11″X17″ or affixed to any pole
  • Skateboards/roller blades
  • Tripods, mono pods, or selfie sticks
  • Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management

If an item is revealed during a search, guests may dispose of the item or return the item to their vehicle.

Rental Space

Gainbridge Fieldhouse can accommodate groups of two (2) or more people, depending on your needs. See Banquet/Celebration Facilities.

Re-entry

For your safety, all exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and then re-enter the same event.

Restrooms

Men’s and Women’s restrooms are located on every level of Gainbridge Fieldhouse as well as in our Team Store. Restrooms located in our Team Store are only available during Team Store hours, please see Team Store.

For your convenience, gender-neutral restrooms are available on all levels of the building.

There are no public restrooms located in our Ascension St. Vincent Entry Pavilion.

Ridesharing Services

With a convenient downtown location, guests who use a ridesharing service such as Uber or Lyft can drop off on several streets surrounding Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Guests that request a ride sharing service from Gainbridge Fieldhouse may do so on surrounding streets.

The “If You See Something, Say Something™” campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you see something, say something! To report suspicious activity, see the nearest Usher/Ticket Taker or Security Officer, or call 1-877-226-1026.

 

Fan Texting Service

 

Gainbridge Fieldhouse provides guests with an in-game texting service, allowing guests to text issues to building management anonymously and discretely without having to leave their seat. Guests may text 707-TIMEOUT (707-846-3688). Participation in this service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging and data charges may apply.

 

This service should be used for legitimate safety, security, or guest services issues only and abuse will result in the number being blocked from the system for 24 hours.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Proper identification of service dog may be required. If a guest plans on bringing a service dog into the venue, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes. Sign Language Interpreters

Gainbridge Fieldhouse is pleased to offer sign language interpretation during events for guests with hearing impairments. ASL Interpreters are available with a two-week (minimum) advanced notice. Please call (317) 917-2734 with the event date and time for which service is requested. Seat location (as printed on your ticket) will be necessary to secure the service. The names of the guest(s) needing the service and a telephone number or e-mail address will also be beneficial for follow up. A request for an ASL interpreter can also be made via e-mail at GuestServices@Pacers.com.

Signs/Banners/Posters/Flags

Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/building management, Gainbridge Fieldhouse welcomes guests bringing small signs, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:

  • Item may not be larger than 11″x17″ in size (May vary by event)
  • Item must be related to the event
  • Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
  • Item may not obstruct any sponsors/advertiser signage
  • Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures (as determined by Gainbridge Fieldhouse management)
  • Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others (as determined by Gainbridge Fieldhouse management)
  • Items may not contain any website or advertising materials

Smoking Policy

Gainbridge Fieldhouse is smoke-free. Per State Law, smoking, including the use of pipes, e-cigarettes, vaporizer, or any similar products, is not permitted within eight (8) feet of any entrance or exit. Any guests wishing to smoke may utilize our designated outdoor smoking terraces located inside the ticket point, on the sidewalk just outside the southeast and southwest stairwells on the Key Bank level.

Taxicab service is available throughout Indianapolis. In addition to traditional taxicab services, Yellow Cab offers wheelchair accessible transportation and may be contacted at (317) 487-7777. During events, Guest Services is available to assist in calling a taxicab should you need assistance.

Located on the northwest (Pennsylvania Street) corner of Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the 5,000+ square foot Team Store is the official team store of the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Pacers Gaming, as well as the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

Season Tickets

  • Full, half, and mini plan season ticket packages for the Pacers and the Fever are available at various price points.
  • A Season Ticket Experience Manager is assigned to every Season Ticket Holder’s account. Season Ticket Holders may contact them directly to address any concerns, purchase additional tickets, address invoice questions, schedule a meeting, or for any other special request. Suites

  • A Suite at Gainbridge Fieldhouse offers a private, relaxing, and intimate setting in an exciting and electric atmosphere. Suites offer the perfect environment for business or social gatherings, whether you’re entertaining clients, prospects, and employees or celebrating a special occasion with friends & family.
  • Located on the Krieg DeVault Level, our suites accommodate 12-50 guests with their own private seating and offer a great view for any event. Inside the suite, guests can enjoy a private atmosphere with comfortable furnishings and HDTV. To further enhance your experience, Levy Restaurants offers various food and beverage options. Gainbridge Fieldhouse has a limited number of suites available on a per-event basis for Pacers and Fever games as well as concerts and special events. Lexus Loft

  • The Lexus Loft is a unique premium seating experience located on the south end of the Krieg DeVault Level. The Lexus Loft features a mix of 4-seat Loge and Theater Boxes. It offers access to an all-inclusive club and hospitality space for Pacers and Fever games as well as select Gainbridge Fieldhouse events. This exclusive area provides the perfect setting to entertain business clients, prospects, employees or enjoy a nice event with friends and family. Verandas

  • The Verandas are a unique premium seating experience located on the northeast and northwest corners of the KeyBank Suite Level. The East and West Verandas offer exclusive access to 32 guests in four-person loge boxes.  It offers access to an all-inclusive club and hospitality space for Pacers and Fever games as well as select Gainbridge Fieldhouse events. This exclusive area provides the perfect setting to entertain business clients, prospects, employees or enjoy a nice event with friends and family. Wheelchair/Guests With Disability Escorts

For individuals who have limited mobility or accessibility needs, an escort is available to transport/assist guests from our Ascension St. Vincent Entry Pavilion to your seats. Requests may be placed at any entrance by notifying a member of our staff. A member of our staff will return with the wheelchair to escort you to the exit at the end of the event. If a wheelchair escort is required during the event, you may notify a member of our staff and we will be happy to assist. Please note that wheelchairs are limited and subject to availability at that time. Wheelchairs are not available for continuous use throughout the event.

Wi-Fi Policy

Fieldhouse Management, LLC d/b/a Gainbridge Fieldhouse (“we,” “us,” “our” and “ours”) welcomes you to its free, public Wi-Fi System. This Wi-Fi Terms of Use Agreement (“Use Agreement”) sets forth important terms and conditions related to your use of our provided in-facility wi-fi connection (“Wi-Fi System”).

By clicking the “Accept and Continue” button, you consent to and are agreeing to be bound by the full terms of this Use Agreement, as well as to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at www.gainbridgefieldhouse.com/privacypolicy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Use Agreement by this reference. If you don’t want us to collect or process your information in the ways described in this Use Agreement or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Wi-Fi System. By accepting this Use Agreement you are relinquishing certain rights and remedies, and you should read it carefully before agreeing to its terms. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Use Agreement, do not click the “Accept and Continue” button and do not use our Wi-Fi System.

We may update this Use Agreement and our Privacy Policy at any time, without notice to you, so be sure to read them carefully, even if you have previously agreed to them when signing on to use our Wi-Fi System.

Privacy

We generally do not collect personal information about you when you sign on to or use the Wi-Fi System. When a device connects to the Wi-Fi System we do collect the device’s unique MAC address, which we use to verify the device’s acceptance of this Use Agreement. We store this information for a period of one week solely so the device does not have to continually agree to these terms, but we do not retain the MAC address for a longer period, and we do not create a user profile or associate the MAC address with any personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy located at www.gainbridgefieldhouse.com/privacypolicy for more information regarding our data collection and use.

Term

This Use Agreement is effective when you accept it and terminates when your session on the Wi-Fi System is terminated. Certain provisions of the Use Agreement may last past termination of your session. To use the Wi-Fi System, you will need to agree to this Use Agreement during each separate visit to our facility. We may cancel this offering and/or your access to our Wi-Fi System at any time and for any or no reason, without notice to you.

Your Use

The Wi-Fi System is provided on a non-exclusive, “as-is” basis solely for your personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise specifically stated in this Use Agreement) and you shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, transfer, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes your access to, or use of, the Wi-Fi System, or any portion thereof. You have no right to sublicense, assign or transfer your right to access or use the Wi-Fi System. In using our Wi-Fi System, you will not post, download or communicate illegal or objectionable material, including but not limited to material that is immoral, scandalous, or otherwise shocks the public conscience, in our sole discretion. You are responsible for your actions and the actions of others who access or use the Wi-Fi System using your device.

You acknowledge that, like most public access systems, the Wi-Fi System is not secured, and the information you send or receive on the Wi-Fi System may be intercepted by third parties, and that neither we nor any of the other Released Parties (defined below) are responsible to you for providing secure or error free access to the internet or otherwise. There may be interruptions in service caused by us or other parties. You may recover no damages at all from the Released Parties under any theory based on your use of the Wi-Fi System.

The rights granted to you in this Use Agreement do not constitute a license or grant of rights to you in any way to use the content on any of our and/or our parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or related entities’ websites, including but not limited to www.pacers.comwww.gainbridgefieldhouse.comwww.feverbasketball.comwww.fortwayne.gleague.nba.comwww.pacersgaming.nba.com, and www.pacersfoundation.org and you may not copy, distribute or otherwise make use of such content in any way whatsoever. All information, documents, products, and software (the “Materials”) provided as part of, or in connection with, the Wi-Fi System were provided by or to us by our respective manufacturers, authors, developers, licensees and vendors (the “Third Party Providers”) and all right, title and interest therein (including, without limitation, copyright) are the property of us and/or the applicable Third Party Providers. Except as expressly stated in this Use Agreement, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without our prior express written permission and/or the prior express written permission of the applicable Third Party Provider(s), and no license of any intellectual property right in any such Materials is granted through access to, or use of, the Wi-Fi System, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. You are also prohibited from “mirroring” any Material provided with the Wi-Fi System on any other server absent our express prior written permission.

While we provide this Wi-Fi System to you free of charge at this time, we may decide to charge for your use in the future. We will not charge you without your express consent.

General

Your acceptance of this Use Agreement by using the “Accept and Continue” button is just as effective as a pen-and-ink signature, and you expressly acknowledge the enforceability of this Use Agreement. This Use Agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Use Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. This Use Agreement contains the full expression of the agreement between you and us regarding its subject matter. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Use Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Use Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the access or use of the Wi-Fi System or this Use Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.

Any dispute over this Use Agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Marion County, Indiana, and this Use Agreement shall be governed by Indiana law without regard to its internal rules on the conflicts of laws. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Use Agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts in Indianapolis, IN.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no claim under this Use Agreement may be joined to any other claim, including any legal proceeding involving any other current or former user of the Wi-Fi System, and no class action proceedings will be permitted.

You forever release, discharge and hold us, Pacers Basketball, LLC, Fever Basketball, LLC, Pacers Basketball Development, LLC, Pacers Esports, LLC, Pacers Foundation, Inc. the City of Indianapolis, the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County, Indiana, the Marion County Convention and Recreational Facilities Authority, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, NBA Development League, LLC, the NBA 2K League and the aforementioned parties’ respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities (collectively, the “Releasees”), and the Releasees’ respective principals, shareholders, owners, members, partners, officers, directors, governors, employees, representatives, tenants, agents, sponsors, licensees, contractors, successors, assigns and agents (collectively with the Releasees, the “Released Parties”) harmless from any and all damages that occur to your device when you are on our Wi-Fi System. You shall defend, indemnify and hold the Released Parties and their respective insurers harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, charges, demands, actions, cause of action, penalties, damages, costs, judgments, and/or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and other legal fees) arising out of or resulting from your use of the Wi-Fi System. You should have up-to-date virus and other types of hardware and software protection on your wireless devices when you use our Wi-Fi System.

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY STATED IN THIS USE AGREEMENT, THE WI-FI SYSTEM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTIES AS TO THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE WI-FI SYSTEM, OR ANY OF THE MATERIALS PROVIDED WITH THE WI-FI SYSTEM. WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE WI-FI SYSTEM. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE WI-FI SYSTEM AND/OR THE MATERIALS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR HARM TO BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOST REVENUES, HOWEVER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CAUSED AND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH INJURY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES. IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ SOLE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID (IF ANY) TO US BY YOU FOR USE OF THE WI-FI SYSTEM.

Our decisions with respect to interpretation of this Use Agreement and appropriate remedial actions are final and determined by us in our sole discretion. Without limiting anything set out elsewhere in this Use Agreement, we may refer potential violations of law(s) to the proper authorities, may cooperate in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing, and will cooperate with authorities when required to do so by law, subpoena, or when the public safety is at stake. We assume no obligation to inform you that your information has been disclosed, and, in some cases, may be prohibited by law from providing such notice.
