Disney On Ice Ticket Exchange Options
Disney On Ice performances for Sunday, January 25, 2026 are still scheduled as planned. Due to inclement weather, if you cannot attend the show, here are your options:
- Option 1: If you have tickets for any shows today and would like to attend a different performance (10am, 2pm and 6pm), you may exchange for a different performance today at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse box office.
- Option 2: We will honor your unused tickets for a Sunday, January 24, 2027**, performance of Disney On Ice.

- The above link needs to be filled out with unused Tickets attached in supporting documents section by February 25, 2026.
