Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) recognizes the importance of inclusive opportunities. We are committed to being a valuable member of the communities in which we live, serve, and operate. Providing businesses an opportunity to participate is an important part of that commitment.
Through our Supplier Development Program, we are dedicated to giving all business the opportunity to express their interest in conducting business with PS&E and to be given the chance to demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality goods and services that are competitively priced, reliable, and offer a high level of customer service.
The PS&E procurement team will actively work to include as broad a contingent of suppliers in every competitive bid, RFP and RFQ opportunity when applicable for our business sourcing needs.
By completing the form below, you will be adding your business to our vendor registration database. PS&E does not exclude or deny any individual or entity from participation or benefits of the supplier development program. Registration DOES NOT guarantee future business with PS&E. PS&E Procurement will use this database (and others) as a resource when searching for vendors for quoting opportunities to meet our business demands.

What is the PS&E Supplier Development Program?
PS&E is devoted to expanding our existing supplier base to include as many businesses in our community as possible. Please note that if your business is Minority-owned (MBE), Women-owned (WBE), Veteran-owned (VBE), LGBTQ+-owned (LGBTBE), and/or Disability-owned (DOBE) (collectively defined as XBEs), official certification as the applicable XBE is preferred but not required to register in the PS&E supplier development database.
What if your business is NOT certified?
Certification is preferred but not required. If your business is not yet certified, but is interested in obtaining more information about possible certification, please research the following certifying bodies to explore if certification is right for your business:

Who is eligible to register for the PS&E supplier development database?
Any business that offers goods and/or services that meet a business need at PS&E is welcome to register.

How will vendors learn or be notified of quoting opportunities?
The PS&E team will contact vendors directly after searching the vendor database and will also utilize other city, state and/or national resources to identify vendors in the marketplace that provide the desired products or services.
What are the next steps after I have submitted my registration?
- An email confirmation will be sent upon successful registration. If there are any questions regarding your registration, our team will reach out to you.
- Your company information will remain in our database and will be used for identifying potential vendors when quoting opportunities arise at PS&E.
- If there appears to be an opportunity, our buyers will reach out to you directly.
- There is no guarantee upon registration that you will garner a business opportunity with PS&E.
