The health and safety of our fans, visitors and staff is our top priority. We follow Marion County Health Department (MCHD) and Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) guidelines. The MCHD and the CDC recommend individuals wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status.

As we continue Phase 2 construction of Fieldhouse of the Future renovations, please note that:

  • During Non-event days, the Box Office has temporarily moved to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment building at the corner of Maryland and Delaware Streets. Address: 147 E Maryland, Indianapolis, IN 46204
  • During event days, the Box office will be open at noon in the Gainbridge Fieldhouse entry pavilion.

Indiana Pacers:

Fans who purchased tickets to 2019-2020 home games scheduled after March 11, 2020, can receive a refund at their original point of purchase. We are continuing to work with the NBA regarding the 2020-21 season schedules and will provide our fans with more information as it becomes available on this page.

If you are a season ticket holder, please contact your season ticket representative directly.

Fieldhouse Events:

March 11-15, 2020 – B1G Men’s Basketball Tournament canceled

  • Refunds are available at the original point of purchase.

November 21, 2021 – MercyMe

  • New date will be announced soon. Guests are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as they will be honored for the rescheduled date. 

March 22, 2020 – Wild ‘N Out canceled

  • Refunds may be obtained at original point of purchase.

March 25, 2020 – Billie Eilish canceled

  • Refunds may be obtained at original point of purchase

March 26, 2020 – Elton John

  • Elton John’s show originally scheduled for March 26, 2020 has been rescheduled to  April 1, 2022. All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled date are still valid.

April 1, 2020 – Michael Bublé canceled

  • Refunds may be obtained at original point of purchase.

April 10, 2020 – Spring Megafest canceled

  • Refunds may be obtained at original point of purchase.

October 15 – Alabama

  • Rescheduled for January 15, 2022
  • Tickets for the original date will be honored for rescheduled date.
  • Guests who purchased tickets at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse box office should contact boxoffice@pacers.com for further information.
  •  Refunds will be available at the original point of purchase up through January 1, 2022, fourteen days prior to the rescheduled date of the concert.
